Gas Prices Down

Filled up my wife's truck today and was amazed gas was $3.99 a gallon. This would be great except that I think this is just the oil companies giving us a temporary break until they raise prices again. This has been the case the last few times they have raised gas prices permanently. I'm not falling for this "break"
